Agreement Documentation YogiShotzENTLLC

 

This documentation is to indicate a written agreement by Party 1 (Martez Baldwin (YogiShotzENTLLC) and for Party 2 (Client(s)) and is based upon the following agreements.

 

Consent of Publication:

 By partnering with “YogiShotzENT” Party 2 has consented to allow Party 1 to publicly promote any photography or motion picture taken during a business encounter.

A mandatory deposit is required to ensure the protection of Party 1. A deposit is due upon the meeting to schedule a photo shoot/video shoot. 

Compensation/Assessments: 

The deposit is half (1/2) of the package. All payments and transactions are NON-REFUNDABLE. If party 2 chooses to reschedule after a deposit is made, party 2 has fifteen (15) days to reschedule before party 2 forfeits his/her deposit. Another deposit (per package selection) will be assessed due to a conflict of interest. If party 1 must reschedule a photo/video session, party 2 will receive an automatic refund of the non-refundable deposit. However, another deposit will be asked if party 2 wishes to continue business after party 1 has rescheduled. Immediately after a photo/video session, party 2 is held responsible for producing the other half of the compensation. Party2 has a maximum time frame of one (1) hour. Fifteen (15) minutes over the hour is an additional ten (10) dollars. A maximum of five (5) models may be included in any package. For every additional model, there will be a ten (10) dollar fee, per ADDITIONAL person. 

ALL PHOTOS ARE DIGITAL:

 I do not print photos. You will receive the photos in a link to your phone or link to your e-mail. Once you receive your photos you may print out as many as you would like from anywhere, this also includes: Walmart, K-Mart, Target, Staples, etc. 

Liability/Damages:

 Party 1 is not responsible for any damages of personal equipment or bodily injuries during a photo/video session. Party1 may suggest that Party 2 pose a certain way or locate to a certain area, but Party 2 is completely responsible for making safety judgments or adhering to any requests that may seem uncomfortable or risky. If business equipment is damaged at the fault of Party 2, Party 2 is held responsible for all reparation costs.

Good standing law: 

If Party 2 is dissatisfied with any results, she/he has the right to cancel all business agreements at any time. Moreover, both parties are responsible for maintaining a professional relationship, and for segregating outside parties from interfering with the well-being of the business relationship. In the event that either party violates any terms of policy, immediate termination may be deemed necessary for the sake of both party’s reputation. Neither party can defame each other’s brand out of malice or foul intentions.
